What's the actual difference between INVSTR and INVSTR Pro?
INVSTR ($97/mo) gets you the course and the community on Skool — all the material, self-paced. INVSTR Pro ($997/mo) adds the coaching: weekly live calls every Thursday at 4:00 PM, quarterly in-person events, and direct eyes on the deals you're actually working. The material is the gym. Pro is the trainer.
Is this for beginners or people already doing deals?
Both. If you've never done a transaction, the course takes you from zero. If you're already running deals, Pro is where the money is — that's where you get a second opinion from someone who's closed over a thousand of them before you sign something you'll regret.
Do I have to pay the full year for Pro?
No. Pro is $997/mo if you want to go month to month. Paying $5,997 up front covers the full year — about $500/mo, and $5,967 less than twelve monthly payments.
What happens on the Thursday calls?
Live deal review, numbers, negotiation, whatever the room is stuck on that week. Bring a real property and real figures. You have to be an INVSTR Pro member to get access.
Where do the quarterly events happen?
They move. Pro members get the dates and location well ahead of time inside the community, along with everything you need to plan the trip.
Can I start at $97 and upgrade later?
Yes. Plenty of people start on the membership, work through the material, and move up to Pro once they're ready to put deals in front of a coach.
